Financial information:

-The People Acupuncture of Asheville is a well established community acupuncture clinic in Asheville NC. We are looking for a qualified licensed Acupuncturist to join our staff.

-$15 per hours+ $10 per treatment. Practitioners are expected and encouraged to maintain a busy schedule that offers financial incentives per treatment.

-Community Acupuncture is a high volume low cost model. Practitioners have the opportunity to gain experience as well as benefit from high treatment numbers. Practitioners are expected to be comfortable treating 3-4 patients per hour.

Responsibilities:

-We are seeking someone for a Saturday shift. Shift hours start from 8:30-3:30 with hopes to expand to 8:30-5:30. Looking for someone who can grow the shift to be a busy one. Looking for someone who can be a positive team member and help cover shifts when needed. Pay starts at $15/hour plus a $10 per treatment bonus. - Perform acupuncture treatments on patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans for acupuncture and Chinese herbs
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records

- Valid certification or license as an acupuncturist
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Excellent patient service skills and the ability to provide compassionate care
- Experience working in a community acupuncture clinic is preferred
