New England Driving School is seeking responsible, patient, and professional individuals to join our team as Full-Time Driving Instructors. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, working with teens, and making a positive impact while maintaining a structured and supportive work environment.

As a Driving Instructor, you will work with student drivers who hold a valid learner’s permit, providing both behind-the-wheel instruction and classroom education. Instructors follow New England Driving School’s established curriculum and are expected to maintain a calm, professional presence at all times.

• Clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Ability to follow structured curriculum and established procedures
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with teenage students

• Full-time position (minimum 35 hours per week)
• Instructor training and certification support is available for the right candidate
• Positions available for both on-the-road instruction and classroom teaching (classroom rate is $24/hr)
• Individuals who are not certified yet would start at $22 after completing the training (65 hour course). Candidates who are already certified will be considered at a higher rate.
