Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the daycare center, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and compliance with licensing regulations
• Develop and maintain engaging, age-appropriate programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment by enforcing health and safety standards and conducting regular facility inspections
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff members to uphold high-quality childcare and classroom management standards
• Build strong relationships with families through open communication
• Coordinate classroom activities that promote childhood development, social skills, behavior management, and early learning milestones

Requirements

• Director credentials
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and must have or obtain
• Current Physical and TB test
• Must have or obtain all PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background History Check, FBI Fingerprints, National Sex Offender Registry Certificate.
