Location: In-home, school, and/or clinic-based

This is not a passive role. You’ll work 1:1 with children, follow behavior plans under BCBA supervision, and remain calm and supportive during challenging moments.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally
Collect data and follow clinical protocols
Communicate professionally with supervisors and families
Work in home, school, and/or clinic settings
 

What This Role Is Not
Babysitting
A “play-only” job
A low-responsibility position

What You Bring
High School Diploma (required)
Reliable transportation & valid CA driver’s license
Professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn
Experience in ABA or related field preferred (not required)
Spanish speakers a plus

Monday–Friday, 8AM - 6PM 
4-hour evening shifts
