Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant (Content-Focused)

Remote | $15/hour | 10–15 hrs/week

We’re a growing startup looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with a strong marketing and content focus to support two fast-moving businesses. This role is ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate who wants hands-on startup experience and real ownership over content creation and caption strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms
• Write engaging, on-brand captions with strong calls to action
• Repurpose content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to increase reach
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement
• Assist with email marketing and outreach as needed
• Handle light administrative tasks to support daily operations

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong caption-writing and messaging skills
• Comfortable managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace (or eager to learn)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and growth marketing
