Seeking Artistic Swimming Coach to Join Our Elite International Team

Tibidabo Elite Club is expanding in the Bay Area and is seeking an exceptional Artistic Swimming Coach to lead our growing program while becoming part of our elite international coaching team. 

Tibidabo Elite Club is an internationally recognized organization operating between California (Bay Area) and Barcelona Spain, known for developing high-performance athletes and building strong international careers for both swimmers and coaches. 

This position begins in the Bay Area, with ongoing opportunities to participate in our Barcelona programs, international camps, competitions, and elite events worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the artistic swimming program
- Coach multiple age groups and performance levels
- Design and implement annual training and competition plans
- Oversee choreography, routine creation, and artistic development
- Prepare athletes for national and international competitions
- Analyze performance and guide athlete progression
- Work closely with international coaches and support staff to ensure program excellence
- Communicate effectively with athletes and the club community
