Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor all phone calls, transfer and relay messages as applicable
Monitor kitchen maintenance, food/beverage inventory including expiry dates, online ordering/tracking, receipt of deliveries, restocking and organization of supplies
Take inventory of all office stationery, order and refill as needed
Monitor office cleanliness including routine walk-throughs of all spaces and storage areas, and communicate with cleaning staff to ensure requests are fulfilled
Manage conference room bookings
Register guests, greet visitors upon arrival, validate parking, attend to beverages and other accommodations as needed
Assist with scheduling office vendor service calls and oversight of work completion
Manage postal mail including PO Box collection, sorting, scanning and distribution
Prepare USPS certified mail, FedEx and UPS shipments and track deliveries (domestic and international)
Send/receive e-faxes and assist with Docusign envelopes
Coordinate Executive business lunch reservations upon request
Run various errands as needed, within walking or driving distance
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects

Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
