We are hiring reliable seasonal installers to assist with installing light pole banners on city streets and sidewalks. This role involves working from a utility vehicle with a 40’+ boom and basket to install banner brackets and banners over parked cars, bike lanes, sidewalks, and active traffic areas. Work often occurs at night and requires strict adherence to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working at heights, driving bucket trucks, using basic hand tools and battery-powered drills, and following detailed maps for large multi-street installation projects. You must be punctual, safety-minded, and able to work independently as part of a two-person crew. Training on installation process and boom operation is provided.

Responsibilities:
   Load tools, banners, brackets, and safety equipment onto the bucket truck
   Drive and operate a utility vehicle with 40’+ boom and basket (training provided)
   Install banner brackets and banners on light poles per maps and project paperwork
   Work safely at heights over streets, sidewalks, bike lanes, and parked vehicles
   Follow all safety procedures, traffic control requirements, and PPE protocols
   Adjust or repair brackets and correct installation issues as needed
   Communicate job site issues and completion status to management
   Maintain a professional presence when interacting with clients, police detail, and the public
   Unload equipment and wrap up at the shop at the end of each shift

Qualifications
   Comfortable working at heights and from a boom and basket
   Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a bucket truck
   Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights/after-hours during peak season
   Safety-minded with the ability to follow strict job site protocols
   Physically capable of outdoor, hands-on work in varying conditions
   Strong attention to detail when following maps and placement instructions
   Basic comfort using hand tools and battery-powered drills
   Able to work effectively as part of a two-person crew with minimal supervision
   Previous outdoor labor, construction, or installation experience a plus (not required)
