Do you have a passion for helping students succeed academically and personally? BriteMinds is looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our growing team!
About the Role:
• Tutoring students in Math and Science from Kindergarten to College
• Enhancing academic organization and teaching executive functioning skills
• Leading individual and small group sessions, both in person and online
• Designing and implementing customized learning plans
• Collaborating with parents to manage student progress and success
• Maintaining detailed records of sessions and communications
• Support students with learning differences using creative strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English – multilingual a plus!)
• Experience with children and teens of all learning levels
• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in advanced computer skills: typing, emails, scheduling, and data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong proofreading skills and professional writing ability
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
