Clean It Best is a local, owner-operated carpet cleaning company. We’re looking for a reliable, job-by-job helper to assist on larger or physically demanding jobs.

This role is not full-time and not daily. You’ll be contacted when help is needed, typically for moving equipment, managing hoses, and assisting during the cleaning process.

Perfect for someone looking for flexible side income, gig-style work, or hands-on labor without long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Help load/unload carpet cleaning equipment
• Manage hoses and cords during jobs
• Assist with setup and breakdown at customer locations
• Light lifting (equipment, fans, hoses)
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites
• Follow basic instructions and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Physically able to lift 40–60 lbs
• Punctual and dependable (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable working inside homes and businesses
• Able to follow direction and work efficiently
• No experience required (training provided)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in cleaning, construction, moving, or labor
• Flexible daytime availability
• Interest in learning carpet cleaning (growth potential)

Pay & Schedule:

• $15-17 per hour, depending on reliability and performance
• Typical jobs last 2–4 hours
• Paid per job (same day or weekly, your choice)
• No sales, no customer billing, no driving company vehicle
