Position: Real Estate Marketing & Administration Intern

HybridType: Part-time/Internship (approx. 20-25 hours/week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly mission oriented, organized, and creative Marketing & Administrative Intern. In this role, you will work with the owner to enhance the brand presence, manage our CRM systems, and provide essential administrative support for organizing marketing streams. Note, we are focused on veteran housing and support of our heroes who fought for our freedom is integral with our daily activities.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital content creation, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Social Media (33%)
• Content Creation: Work directly with the owner to brainstorm, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (posts, stories, reels).
• Campaign Management: Manage the company’s social media calendar and increase engagement with followers.
• Email Marketing: Utilize the company CRM to send out email templates, SMS, newsletters, and post cards to potential buyers and sellers.
2. CRM & Database Administration (33%)
• Data Management: Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure all client data, leads, and contacts are accurate.
• Follow-Up Support: Assist in tracking leads and sending follow-up communication templates.
3. Administrative Tasks (33%)
• General Admin: Perform scheduled administrative tasks to keep the company running smoothly, including managing file organization and updating documents.
• Lead tracking: Assist in preparing necessary real estate tracking reports for prospects from various lead streams.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms ( LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, excel, AI, etc.
• Familiarity with Canva basic design software is a plus.
• Passion for real estate, veteran heroes, and a desire to learn.
