About ArborMed

ArborMed is a tree service and plant health company serving commercial, government, and residential clients in Texas, Washington, Ohio, Tennessee, and Florida. Our services include large-scale tree maintenance, emergency response, utility and right-of-way work, and recurring tree care maintenance plans.

We work with federal agencies, property managers, HOAs, municipalities, school districts, and private property owners who require reliable, professional, and safety-focused tree services. As we expand, we are building a disciplined business development team to drive long-term contracts and recurring revenue in both commercial & government properties, and our new residential department.

Role Overview

This role blends:

  • B2B / commercial account sales
  • Government and municipal bid outreach
  • Residential canvassing for self-generated opportunities
  • Closing company-provided leads

This is a hunter role designed for someone who can prospect, build relationships, and consistently move opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Actively canvass residential and mixed-use territories daily to self-generate leads

  • Track bid opportunities, follow-ups, and outcomes

Sales Execution

  • Run company-provided appointments and self-generated meetings
  • Present ArborMed’s tree services and maintenance plans clearly and professionally
  • Scope opportunities, gather required information, and coordinate internally for pricing and proposals
  • Close deals and secure service agreements and maintenance contracts

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, bids, and opportunities in the CRM
  • Manage a healthy pipeline across residential, commercial, and government accounts
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial account sales, or business development
  • Experience selling services to property managers, municipalities, HOAs, or commercial clients preferred

  • Familiarity with RFPs, bids, or procurement portals is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed
