Contemporary kids fashion brand is looking for an addition to our team: detail-oriented, outgoing self-starter to assist with a wide variety of tasks. This is a part-time position at the ROW DTLA. We're currently looking for a person available on *all* weekends + few flexible shifts during the week. Ideal for students or if you're looking for an extra income on weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist customers & sales in-store and customer service (returns, exchanges, styling advise) for the online store

- Manage the back-end of our e-commerce site, including inventory management

- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and well-merchandised store

- Manage packing and shipping of online orders

Qualifications and Skills

- Reliable, efficient, able to follow instructions closely, strong multi-tasker, well organized and uber punctual

- Enthusiastic, go-getter attitude, and exemplary work ethic

- Experience with e-commerce, retail sales is a must

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and OMAMImini team

- Proficiency with POS systems, MS Word (Excel in particular) and SM management

- Must be available to work both Sat & Sun, 11 to 5

- Must have a reliable transportation
