Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid / Flexible)
Guardian Machine Tools is one of the fastest-growing machine tool dealers in the industry, and we’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team.
This position is currently remote and will transition to a hybrid schedule (office and home). The role is very flexible and well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities include:
Listing equipment on online platforms
Lead generation
Customer follow-up and communication
Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Must have a laptop and/or iPhone
Ability to communicate clearly and stay organized
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with AI tools
Experience with online listings or digital sales platforms
Training will be provided, including in-person training as needed. This is a straightforward role with flexibility and room to grow.
Compensation:
1099 Contractor
Base salary + Commision
