Job Title: Personal Assistant – Restaurant & Hospitality Operations

Job Description:
I am seeking a highly capable, positive, and friendly Personal Assistant to support daily operations within a restaurant/hospitality environment. This role focuses on organizing unfinished work, managing administrative and operational tasks, and helping keep both front- and back-of-house systems running smoothly. I am looking for a devoted problem solver who takes initiative and is interested in building a long-lasting position with growth and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Organize, prioritize, and follow through on daily tasks and ongoing restaurant projects

Assist with computer-based work, including programming or technical systems used in operations

Handle billing, invoicing, records, and work involving numbers

Maintain organization of digital systems, paperwork, and physical spaces

Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining operational order

Support hospitality and guest-focused tasks with a warm, professional attitude

Identify operational problems and propose effective, practical solutions

Communicate clearly with ownership, staff, and vendors

Provide reliable day-to-day support to keep operations efficient

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of computer programming or technical systems

Experience with billing, bookkeeping, or numerical work

Strong organizational skills (digital and physical)

Willingness to assist with cleaning and hands-on organizing all locations.

Experience or comfort working in restaurant or hospitality environments. Leader capabilities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Greek speaking is a plus

Familiarity with restaurant operations, vendors, or scheduling systems
