We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to run outbound prospecting efforts for a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple industries. This role is execution-focused: high call volume, direct outreach to decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings that convert into revenue opportunities for our clients.

This is a strong fit for someone who likes being on the phones, is motivated by measurable output, and wants real exposure to modern outbound sales—not theory.

Core Responsibilities

Place daily outbound calls and send targeted follow-up emails to prospective accounts

Run client-specific outreach campaigns using provided scripts, positioning, and ICPs

Speak directly with owners, executives, and department heads to assess fit and interest

Book qualified meetings directly onto client calendars

Maintain clean, accurate records of all activity and outcomes in the CRM

Hit defined daily and weekly performance targets (dials, conversations, booked meetings)

Adjust messaging and call approach based on coaching, feedback, and results

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable initiating conversations with cold prospects

Speaks clearly and professionally on behalf of different client brands

Highly organized and reliable in a remote work environment

Handles rejection without losing momentum or focus

Prior experience in outbound sales, SDR work, or lead generation is a plus

Competitive, performance-driven, and open to direct coaching
