The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing accurate diagnoses, and implementing individualized treatment plans. The role involves managing an average caseload of approximately 65–70 patients, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care.
The physician is open to considering new graduate Physical Therapists who meet the compensation requirements and either hold an active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or are in the process of obtaining licensure. Candidates with prior clinical experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat patients with spine, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions

• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention, functional movement, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
