RN Supervisor job Summary

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a Full-Time Day Shift position in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor resident conditions and intervene as clinically appropriate
• Conduct rounds to assess resident care, staffing needs, and unit operations
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
