Healthcare Recruiters seeks a full-time onsite Licensed Physical Therapist for our client’s cash-based, outpatient orthopedic private practice in Arcadia, CA.

This is an outpatient orthopedic private practice that is a cash-based with a focus on treating active adults and athletes. Since opening in 2020, they have won Best Physical Therapy Clinic in Arcadia in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

This is a low-volume, patient-centered practice where the ability to produce outcomes for their patients is the top priority. This means that your professional development is the top priority, because they cannot produce outcomes without sound clinical judgement. Their team is constantly learning, iterating, and relentlessly developing their clinical expertise to optimize the impact that they have on patients, communities, and the profession as a whole.

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A highly motivated, personable orthopedic physical therapist (licensed in CA).
  • At least 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred. Less years’ experience accepted if good orthopedic experience.
  • A background in PRI (all introductory courses completed), DNS, FRC, and/or UHPCM preferred.
  • A strong exercise background with experience in strength and conditioning preferred.
  • A passion for learning and producing best outcomes for patients.
  • Strong communication skills.
