Peak Living is looking for a motivated, people-first Sales & Operations Coordinator who can manage client sessions, support product sales, and help grow our presence in the Lake Nona wellness community. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and directly connected to the growth of our brand.
What You’ll DoClient Appointments & Technology Support
Manage and schedule all appointments for the Ammortal Chamber and Aescape massage technology
Explain how each technology works, client benefits, and any contraindications
Guide clients through sessions and ensure a smooth, safe experience
Collect and track payments through Stripe
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
Sales & Product Education
Learn and confidently explain our supplement lines: IM8, Qualia, Immunocologie, Vital Body, and more
Help clients choose the right products for their goals
Support monthly product sales targets — you earn commission on total sales
Keep inventory organized and communicate restock needs
Marketing & Growth
Assist in marketing efforts across social, local print, and community partnerships.Help find and build new marketing funnels to grow Peak Living device sessions + product sales
Collaborate on ideas for social media content, reels, stories, and promos
Help distribute flyers, print materials, and digital newsletters when needed
Track marketing performance and identify what’s working
Community Outreach & Events
Network throughout the Lake Nona community to build awareness
Create partnerships with gyms, studios, hotels, medical offices, and wellness businesses
Coordinate and attend wellness events, pop-ups, and expos to showcase Peak Living
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Operations & Reporting
Report directly to the owner
Provide daily updates and weekly status reports
Help maintain studio flow, cleanliness, and customer experience
Stay up to date on all device protocols, supplements, and client guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience in wellness, hospitality, customer service, or sales
Strong communication skills — comfortable educating clients and recommending products
A natural relationship-builder with a warm, professional approach
Organized and able to juggle scheduling, sales, and outreach
Confident with social media and basic marketing tasks
Reliable, proactive, and excited to grow with the brand
Compensation
Hourly pay + monthly commission on product sales
