Reports to: Operations Manager 

Part-time: Mondays & Tuesdays (8:30am - 5pm) - With possible additional days

Starting Pay: $18/hour, with pay increase considered after trial period based on demonstrated competence 

The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Specialist to manage day-to-day order fulfillment with accuracy, speed, and ownership. This role is critical to keeping customers happy and ensuring orders leave the warehouse on time. You’ll be working across multiple order channels and software platforms, including Amazon Seller Central and ShipStation, to name a couple. 

Strong time management is essential, as we operate on daily carrier pickup deadlines. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For ● Managing and processing orders across multiple apps and sales channels ● Prioritizing work to meet carrier pickup cutoffs ● Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time ● Managing shipments through ShipStation ● Handling Amazon FBA and FBM orders as well as Shopify ● Receiving inbound inventory and maintaining accurate counts ● Safely operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed ● Identifying and escalating inventory issues, delays, or discrepancies early ● Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment area ● Supporting kitting, prep, and special projects as needed 

What We’re Looking For: 

Must-haves ● Experience navigating multiple software platforms and order channels ● Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & ShipStation ● Computer savvy ● Strong time management and prioritization skills ● Fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations experience ● Reliability and attention to detail ● Ability to follow safety procedures 

Nice-to-haves ● Forklift operation experience (certification a plus or willingness to obtain) ● Amazon FBA prep and compliance experience ● Inventory management or 3PL experience ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

Trial Period & Growth This role starts at $18/hour. After a trial period, a pay increase will be considered for candidates who demonstrate: ● Full understanding of order flows across all channels ● Ability to independently manage daily shipping timelines ● Consistent accuracy, safety, and reliability How Success Is Measured ● Orders ship on time before carrier pickups ● No missed or delayed shipments due to poor prioritization ● Inventory remains accurate and organized ● Issues are communicated early, not after deadlines are missed
