Job description:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our food products to retailers, distributors, restaurants, and other food service clients. You will serve as the face of the company in your assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Present and promote food products to customers using solid product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Conduct in-store visits, promotional events, product tastings, and training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of food service channels and distribution networks.
• Experience in product demonstrations, sampling, or in-store marketing.
• Must speak Vietnamese
• Bonus if can speak Chinese as well
