Bahama Buck’s is all about great vibes, great people, and serving the best shaved ice around. We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Support the General Manager with daily store operations

Lead and motivate crew members during shifts

Open and close the store, including cash handling and checklists

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are met

Help with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues when needed

Be a role model for teamwork, responsibility, and positivity

What We’re Looking For

Prior food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
