Welcome to the Hearing and Speech Center of Florida, an 89 year old non for profit serving individuals with educational, disability and special needs. We are 1 of 45 Non profit hearing and speech Centers in the nation. We are full service providers and offer our clients Audiology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavior therapy (ABA) and Educational services. We have sites and service programs throughout the county and various opportunities for a variety of work options.
We serve all of Miami Dade County in dedicated school contracts, Hospital contracts and many other state and federally funded local programs. We have a fully staffed clinic site and our clinicians can have rotations and training in hospitals, MDCPS system etc. or work at the locations of interests and specialties they hold. The clinicians will be provided a choice in working environments and leadership positions as they grow with organization. 
We current have 3 positions:
PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL POSITION : Provide PT services by licensed PT in a hospital pediatric setting with supervision and support.
Leadership /Adminitration for PT & OT department Head positions:
The organziation PT  and OT department leaders will act as mentor and supervisor following best practices.  We also do research and run many grant programs with our mission and vision at the forefront. 
We employ with benefits and more or we too can hire as a 1099. We have consistent work throughout the year and offer stability and growth opportunities.
