She Said Creatives (------------) is a female-run creative strategy agency working with e-commerce brands in skincare, wellness, beauty, pets, and consumer gadgets.

We’re looking for an ambitious, thoughtful creative strategist who genuinely enjoys writing scripts for videos. This is a contractor role, fully remote, and ideal if you want to grow your skills, earn extra income, and work closely with a small, driven, all-female team.

What you’d help with
 

• Writing ad scripts built for paid ads (not organic content)
• Helping shape hooks, angles, and messaging that make people stop scrolling
• Supporting creative direction for creators and videos
• Thinking about audience psychology, objections, and buying triggers
• Collaborating clearly and independently without constant hand-holding

You’ll enjoy this role if you
 

• Love TikTok and Instagram content and KNOW what videos could perform well
  Love copywriting and short-form ad scripts
• Have a good feel for what makes people click, watch, and care
• Are empathetic and can write in a way that feels human, not salesy
  Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

You don’t need to be senior. You do need to care about the craft and take ownership of your work.
