Title: Aerospace Aftermarket Distributor Inside Sales Representative 

Location: Gilbert Arizona

Reports to: Sales Manager 

Job Overview: The Aerospace Aftermarket Distributor Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing a sales territory through direct selling and relationship building with existing and potential customers. This role requires a high level of technical aptitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Respond to inbound sales inquiries from existing and potential customers 

Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up 

Identify new sales opportunities and upsell existing customers 

Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support their sales efforts 

Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales materials as needed 

Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales data in CRM 

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 

Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and product offerings 

Attend trade shows and other industry events as needed

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets (preferred)

Knowledge of the aerospace aftermarket industry and products 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
