Splendormind Counseling Center is a fully remote, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are currently seeking Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns / Registered MFT Interns and Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT) to join our growing team.

Position Details

Position Type: Independent Contractor

Work Setting: Fully remote / Telehealth

Compensation:

Registered Interns: $35/hour

Licensed Therapists: $45/hour

Schedule: Flexible; set your own availability

Caseload: Typically 10–25 clients per week (based on preference)

Clinical Focus

We serve a diverse population of adults, teens, couples, and families. Common presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and emotional wellness. Clients are matched with therapists based on their expertise, strengths, and professional bio.

Responsibilities

Provide ethical, evidence-based therapy via telehealth

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate professionally with the Splendormind team

Adhere to licensing, ethical, and HIPAA standards

Contribute to Splendormind’s social media presence by creating a minimum of (2) weekly posts for Instagram and Facebook (educational content or information about services; guidance and branding support will be provided)

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology,  Family therapy or related field

Active registered intern status or full clinical license (in good standing)

Experience with telehealth preferred
