Location: Boston, MA / Hybrid
Compensation: $20-25/hour
Time Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week (flexible)

We are hiring part-time student AI engineers to help build next-generation deep learning and agent-based AI systems for drug discovery. You will work on real ML systems used for molecular modeling, virtual screening, generative AI, and AI-driven scientific workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and train deep learning models (PyTorch)
• Build agent-style AI systems that orchestrate tools and models
• Run experiments, evaluate models, and improve performance
• Work with biological and chemical datasets
• Contribute to production-quality research code

What We’re Looking For

• Northeastern student in CS, AI, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with PyTorch or similar ML framework
• Comfortable working with Git

Nice to Have

• Experience in Reinforcement Learning
• Experience with transformers, GNNs, or generative models
• Interest in AI + drug discovery or computational biology
• Experience with GPUs, Linux, or cloud computing
