About This Position

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll work in the field engaging directly with homeowners Cape Coral areas to promote Quantum Fibers and AT&T’s home services. Your day-to-day will involve walking assigned residential territories, building rapport with potential customers, and educating them on Quantum Fiber and AT&T’s solutions based on their needs.

You’ll receive ongoing support, tools for success, and plenty of opportunities to earn through both hourly pay and performance-based commissions. No prior experience is required just a great attitude and the willingness to learn and grow.

• Excellent communication skills required
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset required
• Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred
• Some college education or leadership experience preferred
