About the Role

HER Beauty Brands is a luxury, medical-minded wig studio specializing in premium human-hair wigs for clients experiencing medical hair loss. We are looking for a confident, professional, and motivated Hybrid Medical Sales + Beauty Marketing Coordinator to help grow our referral network and increase bookings.

This role combines medical outreach (oncology offices + clinics) with social media marketing + client consultations. Ideal for someone studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Pre-Health, or Healthcare Administration who loves beauty and wants real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Outreach (Oncology + Healthcare Offices)

• Visit oncology offices, dermatology clinics, and related healthcare providers
• Introduce HER Beauty Brands and explain our medical wig services
• Drop off brochures, referral info, business cards, and provider packets
• Build relationships with office managers, nurses, and care teams
• Track visits, follow-ups, and referral sources
• Represent the brand professionally in medical environments

Beauty Marketing + Social Media

• Film and create content for TikTok + Instagram Reels
• Edit videos using CapCut and keep up with trends
• Post consistently and maintain a luxury, clean aesthetic
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries professionally
• Support promotions, giveaways, and local partnerships

Sales + Scheduling + Consultations

• Convert inquiries into booked consultations
• Follow up with leads via DM/text/phone
• Schedule appointments and send confirmations/reminders
• Assist during consultations:
  
  • greeting clients
  • collecting basic info
  • helping guide style/color preferences
  • supporting the overall luxury experience (training provided)
• 
   
• Help upsell add-ons when appropriate (care kits, installs, upgrades)

• Comfortable being on camera and filming content
• Reliable transportation (you’ll be visiting offices)
• Organized, coachable, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Comfortable discussing sensitive situations with compassion and maturity

• Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or beauty
• Familiar with medical offices or healthcare settings
• Canva/design skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
