Job Overview:

Social Squeeze Marketing is seeking an outgoing, confident, and personable Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter looking for supplemental income who enjoys building relationships and connecting with local businesses.

The position requires only a few hours per week and offers a flexible schedule. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with incentives for setting meetings and closing deals.

We are looking for a loyal, driven individual who is interested not only in immediate commission-based earnings, but also in potential long-term growth with a new and fast-growing company. High-performing contractors may have opportunities to expand their role and responsibilities as the company continues to scale.

Duties:

  • Engage with prospective clients, primarily established privately owned businesses
  • Reach out to leads provided by Social Squeeze Marketing via in-person and occasional remote communication
  • Present and promote Social Squeeze Marketing’s social media and digital marketing packages
  • Follow up with prospects consistently after initial outreach
  • Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the Social Squeeze Marketing team
  • Record each client interaction and maintain detailed notes on meetings and communications
  • Represent the Social Squeeze Marketing brand in a professional and positive manner

Skills:

  • Outgoing, bold, and friendly personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with sales, outreach, and follow-up
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to track interactions and take detailed notes
  • Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

  • Primarily in-person outreach, with some remote communication
  • Flexible hours; minimal weekly time commitment
  • Independent contractor role (1099 tax form)
