PATASKALA, OH (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A warm and growing family in Pataskala, Ohio is looking for a PART-TIME NANNY to join their team and provide loving, hands-on support for their two young children (5 and 3 years old) and 5-month-old Twins. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic household, assisting with both childcare and light household responsibilities.

The schedule is  MWF Mornings and one weekend day.  The nanny will primarily focus on engaging and caring for their five month old twins. The older children are in school on MWF. The nanny will assist with the twins, allowing mom time to take the older kids to and from school, workout, and attend to household chores. The family is looking for someone who enjoys a mix of structured routines and adaptability.

This position requires a fun, upbeat, and proactive caregiver who can create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children while also providing support with light household tasks such as laundry, tidying, and dishes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced with infant care, as well as confident in managing multiple children in a busy household. A willingness to jump in and help without constant direction is essential, as the family values a team-oriented approach.

The family describes themselves as calm, easygoing, and highly involved in their children's lives. The parents work from home often and will be present throughout the day but are seeking a nanny who can assist in making sure all four children feel loved and well cared for during this big transition from a family of four to a family of six. While the nanny will rarely care for all four children at once, occasional evening or travel support may be requested, with plenty of advance notice. The family also has a very friendly, non-shedding Cavapoo, so dog lovers are welcome.

Start date is ASAP, Pay is $30/hr gross via payroll based on experience.
