Swim coaches at SafeSplash Swim School teach swim skills to toddlers, children and adults with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and independence. 

If you can swim and want to work with children, we can train you to be an amazing swim coach! 

We provide paid training in our company curriculum and method and discounted lessons to family members of staff. Part-time work available immediately at our Lexington, MA location until SafeSplash Woburn (Burlington) opens in March ‘26! SafeSplash Woburn (Burlington) will have full-time work available.
