Swim coaches at SafeSplash Swim School teach swim skills to toddlers, children and adults with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and independence. 

If you can swim and want to work with children, we can train you to be an amazing swim coach! 

We provide paid training in our company curriculum and methodology, discounted classes for staff family members, and free swim for all members of our team. Part-time and full-time work available starting in March ‘26. Part-time work available immediately at our Lexington, MA location until SafeSplash Woburn (Burlington) opens!
