Location: Kids Kondo – Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate: $15.55 per hour

Kids Kondo is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver to join our childcare team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for early childhood care.

Provide daily care and supervision to children in accordance with Kids Kondo policies and state childcare regulations

Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times

Assist children with daily routines, including meals, rest periods, toileting, and hygiene

Plan and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Observe and document children’s behavior, progress, and any concerns

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s daily activities and needs

Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with other caregivers and staff members

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive interactions within the center

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous childcare or caregiving experience preferred

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care practices

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Must pass required background checks in accordance with Georgia childcare regulations

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift children as needed

Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day

Competitive hourly wage of $15.55 per hour
