We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Residential Contract Cleaners to service homes and apartments throughout the Milwaukee area. This role includes routine cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out services. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, are reliable, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers/tubs, sinks, mirrors)
• Clean kitchens including countertops, sinks, stovetops, microwave, and exterior of appliances
• Clean bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
• Wipe down high-touch surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, and handles
• Complete deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services based on provided checklists
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning products in client homes
• Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy at all times
• Communicate job completion and report any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Experience in residential house cleaning (professional experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
