After-School Kids Coach – $17/hr + Bonuses – Clovis

TKE Martial Arts is a fast-growing children’s martial arts school serving kids ages 4–15. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable person to join our team helping coach classes, support students, and assist families.

This is a great fit for anyone with experience in dance, gymnastics, cheer, sports, fitness, teaching, or working with kids — martial arts experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Occasional Friday or Saturday for special events
24 hours per week

Pay & Perks
• $17 per hour
• Paid twice per month (5th & 20th)

Monthly Bonus Program
Based on total active students:
• 100 students – $25
• 150 students – $150
• 200 students – $400

What You’ll Do
• Help teach kids TaeKwonDo & Kickboxing classes
• Work with students and parents during classes and trials
• Track leads and student attendance
• Help with community events and promotions
• Keep the school clean, organized, and professional
• Support student retention and school growth
