Job responsibilities:

• Assisting the Director of Design, Sales, and Construction Development in all phases of landscape design and construction. We strive to set ourselves apart from the competition by creating some of the most innovative and cutting-edge landscape designs found throughout New Jersey. The candidate will participate in the design of pools, outdoor kitchens and bars, fireplaces, firepits, tennis courts, driveways, patios, plantings, landscape lighting, and drainage.
• The candidate will also assist with the following tasks:
• Computer drafting (basemaps, conceptual and final drafts, revisions)
• Permitting (research, filling out forms, picking up/dropping off permits)
• Purchasing (sending purchase orders to suppliers, selecting masonry/plant materials, scheduling deliveries)
• Estimating (material takeoffs and imputing into estimate, collecting vendor pricing)
• Project presentations (printing final drafts of plans and estimates, preparing imagery)
• Correspondence (emailing clients, professionals)
• Site inventory field visits (measuring, elevations, pictures)Creating construction documents for our in house crews

Job requirements Must Include:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or Design
• Experience in Autocad and/or Dynascape
• Experience in MS Word and Excel
• 3d modeling experience a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Personal car (mileage will be reimbursed)

Hours: Part Time/Full Time Available

Salary for Full Time: $50,000 - $65,000

Hourly rate for Part Time: $20.00 - $32.00

Work place: in office, remote if needed
