Position Summary:

Blaine Labs is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company providing FDA-registered, physician-dispensed products that help private practice clinicians deliver real results directly to patients - no traditional prescription pad required. Our product portfolio is purpose-built for practices that want to improve outcomes and revenue by dispensing effective topicals right from the office.

As an Inside Sales Representative of a company over 30 years old, you’ll own a blend of cold leads that need a thoughtful nudge and warm leads primed to order on the next point of contact, so you need to be comfortable building rapport quickly, asking smart questions, and confidently guiding the conversation to a positive close.

What you’ll do every day:

  • Engage both cold and warm physician leads via phone and email with professionalism and personality.
  • Use HubSpot CRM all day, every day, to track calls, log activity, update deal stages, follow up on tasks, and keep solid records of your pipeline.
  • Maintain relationships through the entire sales process: discovery, presentation, objection handling, closing, and post-order follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field teams to align messaging and share insights that improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Help clients (and prospects) by responding to product questions, clarifying dispensing logistics, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Update forecast and sales projections weekly, communicating clearly with leadership.
  • Represent Blaine Labs at medical trade shows nationwide

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of inside sales experience (healthcare sales preferred but not required)
  • Strong phone presence and fearless approach to prospecting
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities
  • Motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Mid-entry level experience in inside sales (1-3 years), preferably in pharma, medical devices, or B2B solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM tools - HubSpot experience is a huge plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A track record of hitting goals and managing a pipeline.
  • Bonus: experience selling into healthcare professionals or private practice settings.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Base Pay: $40,000 annually (equivalent to $19.23/hour)
  • Commission: 5% of net sales, with no cap
  • Employment Type: Full-time, in-office position, non-exempt (eligible for OT pay)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
