We’re a professional exhaust cleaning company in Arizona looking for experienced technicians who want steady work, higher standards, and a clear path forward.

This is not a training-from-scratch role. We’re looking for guys who:

Have cleaned hoods, ducts, fans, or rooftops before

Know how night work actually goes

Can work as part of a crew without drama

Commercial kitchen hood, duct, and exhaust fan cleaning

Working on organized routes with a consistent crew

Following real SOPs and quality standards

Night work (restaurants close at night — we don’t sugarcoat it)

$22–$26/hr based on experience

Performance and quality bonuses

Paid onboarding to our standards (even if you’ve done this before)

Clean trucks, proper equipment, and planned routes

Opportunity to move into Lead Tech and Supervisor roles
