Job Title: Administrative & Operations Assistant Location: On-site – Antrim County, (East Jordan Area) Reports to: CEO / Founder or Leadership Team Employment Type: Full-time or part time

About the Role We’re a rapidly scaling business experiencing explosive growth. We’re looking for an exceptional Administrative & Operations Assistant who doesn’t just “support” — you enable scale, eliminate friction, build repeatable systems, and anticipate needs before they become problems.This is not a traditional admin role. You will be a high-leverage partner to leadership, combining world-class organization, advanced tech proficiency (including AI tools), process design, and strong business judgment to help us grow from small to midsize to the next major milestone.
