Position: Landscaping Driver / Laborer

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
 Location: Miami, FL (Near Miami International Airport)

Job Overview

This role combines landscaping labor with driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable performing physical outdoor work while also operating company vehicles as needed.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of clean driving experience
  • No major violations
  • No at-fault accidents
  • No excessive points within the past three years
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable performing physical landscaping work
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from the office site (Will drive work vehicle to and from work site)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety
• Strongly prefer Spanish speaking individuals

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as assigned
• Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including:
  • Loading and unloading tools and materials
  • General labor, cleanup, and maintenance tasks
  • Assisting crew members with daily work
• Follow safety procedures and job instructions
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment
• Represent the company and client professionally at all times

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Team-oriented job sites
