Position Overview
C3 Recruits is seeking a motivated college student or recent graduate with a background in digital marketing and/or social media to help manage and grow our online presence. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms while working closely with ownership for alignment and approval.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage C3 Recruits’ social media accounts on X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn

Create and schedule 4–5 social media posts per week

Submit content for approval from ownership prior to posting

Develop and present a monthly marketing plan outlining content strategy, goals, and key initiatives

Create, track, and manage a monthly social media and ad spend budget

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed

Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with C3 Recruits’ mission and values

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or Social Media

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content best practices

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable collaborating with ownership and incorporating feedback

Interest in sports, baseball, or youth athletics is a plus
