About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Assistant with plant-based experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role includes not only pastry prep and production but also supporting dinner service with high-quality plating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with production of plant-based desserts and pastries
• Support evening service by plating desserts and contributing to presentation of dishes
• Work closely with the head chef and pastry chef to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a plant-based kitchen or pastry environment
• Strong eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dinner service setting
• Flexible availability from Wednesday to Sunday
• Team-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about plant-based cuisine
