Nurse Practitioner – Functional & Integrative Medicine

We are a functional medicine clinic seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, addressing root causes, and practicing medicine in a more personalized, whole-person way.

Responsibilities

Provide functional medicine consultations

Manage hormone therapy for men and women

Support medical weight-loss and metabolic health programs

Review and interpret labs; educate patients clearly

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP/CRNP)

Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, hormone therapy, or metabolic health

Comfort with longer patient visits and lifestyle-focused care

Strong communication skills; patient-centered approach

Willingness to learn
