Panel Builder (Part-Time) 
ProVent, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Panel Builder to support the
assembly and wiring of industrial control panels in our Harbor Springs shop. This is
not a licensed electrician position and does not require journeyman or formal
electrical training. Job-specific training and guidance are provided. 
Role Summary 
This role involves assembling and wiring industrial control panels by following
provided schematics and instructions. You will work alongside experienced team
members in a clean, organized shop environment where accuracy, neat
workmanship, and reliability are essential.

Growth Opportunity 
ProVent is a growing company with UL 508A industrial control panel certification
capability. This position may grow into additional hours or a full-time role over
time. The skills learned here can strengthen future opportunities in panel building,
manufacturing, or technical trades. 
Schedule & Location 
Approximately 16 hours per week, typically two full days during regular shop hours
(8:45 AM–4:45 PM, Monday–Friday). No travel, no field work, and no on-call
responsibilities.
