Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialists and Store Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, and comfortable engaging with the public in a supportive, education-driven retail environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate/Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and initiating friendly, professional conversations.
• Building rapport and providing honest product recommendations.
• Processing sales transactions using the POS system.
• Arranging product pick-ups or deliveries as needed.
• Maintaining back-stock organization and assisting with merchandising and display setups.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and working independently when required.
• Supporting store sales goals through effective upselling and product education.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to upsell and educate customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Background check required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience or familiarity with adult retail products is a plus; training is provided.
