Requirements:

College Junior (3rd year) or higher in a childrens' education program preferred

Driver's License with a clean record

Position:

Kids are half-time with mom, so custody schedule will be 50% with dad including every other weekend off.

 Main duties:

-Drive kids to school 

-Pickup kids from school 

-Drive  kids to activities

-Pickup kids from activities

Limited household duties, such as keeping kids snacked and fed, dishes you and kids use, folding/hanging kids clean clothes.

Compensation:

Room and board in a one-of-its-kind in Broward, 2020-built apartment building in an office/hospital commercial lot Location is 10 min (4 lights) from NSU main campus and the Academic Center. Right on the 595 Corridor to FL Turnpike and I-95, FLL Airport, Brightline etc. easy transportation options anywhere. Extremely insulated, private (families and students), and quiet community. Magnetic lock/fob security entrances and door locks. Lots of quiet, common areas for studying, walking/jogging path, pool, BBQ, Fitness Center, Billiards, Ping Pong, and arcade/TV/game room.

Common food (Eggs, Bread, Milk, Pantry, etc.), electricity, WiFi, trash, and water all included.  Small stipend for the right candidate.
