About the Role

As an Entry-Level MSP Technician, you’ll be the first line of support for our customers — helping troubleshoot issues, deploy solutions, and keep their systems running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience across networking, cloud services, security, and desktop support while working alongside a team that’s invested in your growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
  • Assist with onboarding new users, including account creation, device setup, and software installation
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from RMM tools
  • Document all work in the ticketing system with clear notes and follow-through
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
  • Support common business applications such as Microsoft 365, email, and antivirus tools
  • Participate in occasional onsite visits (if applicable)

What You Bring

  • A genuine interest in IT and problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and common business applications
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized, follow processes, and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced MSP environment
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications (nice to have, not required)
