We’re hiring Sales Representatives to join our Door-to-Door outreach team, where you'll connect face-to-face with homeowners and renters to promote community solar and rooftop solar solutions. If you’re high-energy, self-driven, and love being outside talking to people, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do:

* Knock doors and engage in meaningful conversations with local residents
* Educate prospects on the benefits of community solar and rooftop solar programs
* Generate leads and help customers enroll in clean energy solutions
* Use our proven scripts and tools to guide your pitch and close deals

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working door-to-door in residential neighborhoods
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively
* Sales experience is a plus—but not required. We train hustle!
